Or at least, in cardboard boxes.
And I thought a marinade was the answer to my problems. Dump various liquids in a bag, stick in fridge. Remove contents from bag, stick in oven. Sounds perfect.
Turns out? A bit of a dud. Not a strong enough flavor for me, and a little too much of a twist on a classic Italian (or Chinese, depending on your point of view) marinade.
But at least I got a tablecloth on the table!
