Fall is in full swing here on the east coast. While some might look outside to gauge the season, I need only look in my recipe bookmark folder on my computer. I’ve been flagging fall recipes left and right. Seems like everything involves pumpkin, butternut squash, or slow cooking over the stove. Or perhaps, over the Le Creuset???

Here is a taste of what’s to come…
Smitten Kitchen’s Pumpkin Muffins
These look so simple. My goal is going to be to make it all the way through the recipe without stirring in chocolate chips.
Because it’s never too early to start thinking about Thanksgiving.
Love and Olive Oil’s Ramekin Turkey Pot Pies
I actually have three different pot pie recipes flagged for the colder months ahead. Also on my list of comfort foods to figure out: chicken and dumplings.
Erin Cooks’ Butternut Squash and Vanilla Risotto
LOVE risotto, and even more intrigued by this flavor combo.
Annie’s Eats’ Cheesy Beer Bread
It just screams football Sunday.
Annie’s Eats’ Pumpkin Cheesecake
Annie hearts pumpkin and I heart Annie. Besides, who wants to wait in line at the Cheesecake Factory anyway?
What’s in your recipe box this fall?
