Parmesan Butter

I made this as part of a recipe that did not turn out as well as I’d hoped.  But I did love the butter.  If you are wondering how to improve on the wonderfully smooth flavor of butter, turns out, you just have to add some cheese!

Parmesan Butter

Take an equal number of tablespoons of room temperature butter and Parmesan (freshly grated, please).  Sprinkle with salt and pepper.  Mash up with a fork.

Mashed Up Parmesan Butter

Put this right on top of a sizzling hot steak, fresh steamed veggies, or use it on garlic bread.  It is unbeatable!
