Summer Never Dies… [orechiette with mini chicken meatballs]

This was a summer recipe that I never posted.  And alas, summer is no longer with us.  But the legacy of this dish lives on.  Bookmark it for next year, because it was a winner, and it looks beautiful in a big serving bowl.

The only tweak I made was baking the meatballs rather than standing over the stove.  350.  30 minutes.
