And going strong!
Tonight I did something I don’t usually do. I got in the kitchen and I made something up.
I made chicken parmesan, which is never going to be my favorite dish, and is certainly not glamourous. But it used up the leftover mozzerella and tomato sauce I had. And I cooked it without a recipe. And it was fine.
