I Would Like to Talk

About me.

Which is what my mom used to (or still does) say in a mocking voice anytime she walked in on me watching The Real World.  Which in high school was often.  Which is beside the point.  I made a blog.  Of course I’m going to talk about myself.

Yesterday I made a decision.  I love this time of year.  It starts with my favorite day (Thanksgiving) and ends(ish) with my second favorite (Christmas).  In between are some very special birthdays, Advent, and more decorating, baking and shopping than you can shake a stick at.

Oh, but that wasn’t the decision.  I knew that already.  The decision was that I am not going to spend the majority of my favorite 30 days at work.  There’s too much else to do.  Like make the bed with my flannel sheets,

visit my favorite place on Earth,

be crafty,

and spend plenty of time in my slippers.

This month is all about making the time in my personal life to relax and do the things I’ve always wanted to do.

Hello, no-stress in December Jennie.  Nice to meet you.
