First Bite: I was back in Philadelphia a couple of weekends ago, and I had to stop at Reading Market for Bassett’s Ice Cream. Whenever you travel, go out of your way to find out what it is that locals love and eat as much of it as possible.
Second bite: My mother-in-law gave us some melon and prosciutto the other day. Score. This is high on my list of salty and sweet love. Prosciutto y melon, as it’s known in our casa, also sits atop the list of foods I can make on the fly without a recipe.
