Wanna spice up your nuts?
The next time you’re having people over, grab two tubs of cashews, some rosemary, and cayenne, and shake things up. All you need are ten minutes.
To make Ina’s rosemary roasted cashews, you will need:
- 1 1/4 lbs. cashews
- 2 T coarsely chopped rosemary leaves
- 1/2 tsp. cayenne
- 2 tsp. brown sugar
- 2 tsp. kosher salt
- 1 T melted butter
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Spread nuts on rimmed baking sheet and bake for ten minutes. Toss cashews with remaining ingredients in bowl till nuts are completely coated. Serve warm or at room temperature.
