  1. Fried rice is my go to meal when I’m in charge of dinner. The best peanut sauce: crunchy PB, soy sauce, siracha, lime juice, cider vinegar, ground ginger, and garlic. Then grill some chicken, onions, peppers, carrots (and any other veggies on hand), cook the rice, and throw it all in a pan together on low. Once it’s combined and warm, add an egg or two and scramble.
